ControlUp’s Enrich gives IT admins and IT support teams real-time user experience insights without having to leave the tools and interfaces they already use to manage their physical and Cloud PCs and manage IT support tickets, including Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow. In addition to bringing in real-time performance metrics, asset information and important application and OS events, IT teams can immediately troubleshoot and remediate issues that prevent the user from being productive through built-in actions and remote assistance capabilities. Built to work with ControlUp’s DEX Platform, the Enrich plug-in enhances efficiency, detects, and resolves issues rapidly, provides insights on user experience and helps to manage device performance without having to navigate across different consoles. Device searches now run even more efficiently in the background, keeping browsers responsive. 2.0.15: • Search for any device from any site: You can now use Enrich for any device, even if it isn't mentioned on your current webpage. Click the Enrich extension in your browser toolbar and search your ControlUp environment by device name, serial number, UPN, or display name. • Direct sign-in and sign-out: You can now sign in or out of ControlUp directly from the Enrich extension, so you no longer have to open ControlUp in another tab or window to sign in. Signing out clears cached data and ensures that the Enrich overlay icon no longer appears. • Reorder tabs: When you open the extension from your browser toolbar, you can now reorder the Search, Sites, and Sync tabs. • Reliability improvements: Improved the reliability of device detection methods. 2.0.14: • Remote Control and Remote Shadow sessions now launch using the updated UI. • If the Enrich icon is not displaying properly, you can now right-click the Enrich extension in your browser toolbar and click Reset UI Position to restore the default position. 2.0.13: • Actions performed on a device from the ServiceNow Incidents page - such as Remote Control or running a script - can now be automatically logged in the Work Notes section of the ServiceNow Incident. You can enable this feature on the Enrich settings page. • Enrich can now detect devices or users within an iframe. You can enable this feature on specific websites when adding or editing a supported site on the Enrich settings page. • Fixed an issue causing you to be unable to open a minimized Remote Control/Shadow session when Enrich is in the collapsed view. • In the Application Crashes and BSODs tab, you can now click on a bar in the chart to filter and view specific events. • Fixed an issue with the column sizes in the BSOD table. • Fixed a dark mode UI issue with the Enrich icon. 2.0.12: • We've added the Device Events tab in Enrich to see device events, including all triggered ControlUp alerts. • You can now click on a bar in the Events Log chart to filter and view specific events. • UPN detection is now more strict, preventing partial matches from incorrectly identifying users. • We've added a link button next to the device's name to take you directly to the device's details page in ControlUp. 2.0.11: • Improved support for ControlUp organizations with a high number of devices. • Improved reliability of device detection. 2.0.10: • Enrich can now identify a user on a page by UPN or display name, and let you view all devices used by that user. To enable user detection, go to the Enrich settings page in app.controlup.com. • When viewing a device in Enrich, you can now see how the device was identified on the page (by device name, serial number, UPN, or display name). 2.0.9: • Fixed an issue causing the Remote Shell action to fail. Remote Shell is now working. • Improved device detection methods when using ServiceNow. 2.0.8: • When multiple devices are detected on a page, you can now select which device's details to view. • You can now enable or disable device detection methods (device name and serial number) in the Enrich settings page. • Devices are detected by a matching serial number only if the serial number is at least 4 characters long. This helps prevent misidentifying devices. 2.0.7: • Actions that aren't supported on ChromeOS devices such as Scripts and Remote Control are no longer available in the UI when viewing a ChromeOS device. 2.0.6: • Scripts are now separated into System Script and User Script categories. • Some filters were not working correctly and were returning more data than was requested. • UI improvements to the action bar make it easier to navigate and select actions, especially when using the collapsed form of the Enrich overlay. 2.0.5: • Disabled scripts are no longer displayed in the UI. • Improved device detection when using Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow. 2.0.4: • Improved detection of device names that contain spaces. • Fixed a bug that caused devices to not be detected after using browser back button in ServiceNow. • Security improvements.
