You can decide whether to continue or stop, based on how you feel in that moment. There are two modes: Basic version: shows a simple “Yes / No” reflection screen. Pro version: adds a deeper reflection process. Before making a decision, you answer short reflective questions. After completing them, you can decide whether to continue or not.
