Overview

One-click WCAG 2.2 + APCA contrast & accessibility scanner. Finds issues to fix — a detection tool, not a compliance certification.

See what to fix — in one click. Contrast Lens scans the page you're on and lists the accessibility problems an automated check can catch: color-contrast failures (both the WCAG 2.2 ratio and the newer APCA perceptual metric), missing image alt text, unlabeled form fields, broken heading structure, link/name mismatches, ARIA misuse, and more. It's built on the open-source axe-core engine — the same rule set trusted by professional auditors — wrapped in a clean, readable report you don't have to be a developer to use. What you get - One-click scan of the active tab — no setup, no account required to start. - Plain-language findings grouped by severity (critical → minor), each with the affected element, the WCAG criterion, and a link to how to fix it. - Contrast detail — WCAG 2.2 ratio and APCA Lc (a supplemental perceptual metric proposed for future accessibility guidelines) with a live color swatch. - Exportable report — save findings as a clean HTML file or print to PDF to share with your team or client. Pro (optional, $6/mo or $49/yr) - Saved audit history — keep every scan and reopen it later. - Multi-page / multi-URL scanning for whole sections of a site. - Report branding — add your agency or team name to exported reports. Who it's for Designers, developers, content editors, and agencies who want a fast, honest read on a page's accessibility issues before shipping. Important — what this tool is (and isn't) Contrast Lens is a detection tool. It shows you accessibility issues that an automated scan can find, so you know what to fix. It does not make your site ADA- or WCAG-compliant, and it does not issue any certification of compliance. Automated testing catches only a portion of real accessibility barriers — roughly a third to a half by common estimates — so manual review by a person is required for any real conformance claim. We deliberately do not sell, imply, or provide a "compliance guarantee."
