Overview

Continue AI work across conversations and switch between ChatGPT and Claude without rebuilding project context.

Continue your AI work across conversations and between ChatGPT and Claude without rebuilding the context manually. Continuum keeps a compact AI project memory in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. Whether you need to preserve ChatGPT context, Claude context, or switch providers, Continuum prepares a structured conversation handoff for the next thread instead of making you rebuild everything by hand. What you can do: • Attach the AI conversation you are currently working in to a Continuum project. • Keep key goals, decisions, constraints, recovery points, and next actions together. • See a local Context status estimate before a thread becomes difficult to continue. • Prepare a compact resume context instead of copying the full conversation manually. • Resume with the same provider or switch between ChatGPT and Claude. • Run a Resume check when continuity is uncertain. • Resume manually to a supported ChatGPT or Claude destination. • Erase Continuum's local data with explicit confirmation. Built for continuity Continuum is designed to preserve the source conversation. A resume opens a separate destination conversation; the source stays intact. A timeout, partial resume, or unconfirmed destination is never presented as a successful continuation. Privacy and control • No Continuum application backend, analytics, telemetry, or advertising. • Derived project memory and resume data are stored locally in Chrome and protected by Continuum's Local Vault. • Raw conversation transcripts are not stored as a transcript archive. • During a resume, the compact handoff is submitted only to the AI provider you choose. • Continuum accesses only chatgpt.com and claude.ai for its supported continuity features. Independent extension. Not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Anthropic.
