Select text on any web page and get an AI explanation, summary or rewrite right next to it, without copying and pasting into a chat window. HOW IT WORKS • Select text on any site and a small panel appears next to it • Explain: get the key idea and jargon explained in plain language • Summarize: get the main points as 2–4 short bullets • Rewrite: get a clearer, more concise version that keeps the meaning and tone • Answers stream in word by word; copy them with one click • Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+E explains the current selection • Works in light and dark mode BRING YOUR OWN API KEY ContextLens uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, which you add on the settings page (click the toolbar icon). You pay the provider directly for what you use; ContextLens itself is free.
