ContextBolt: Bookmark Manager for Web, Twitter/X, Reddit & LinkedIn
Overview
Save any web page, plus your Twitter/X, Reddit and LinkedIn bookmarks. Find any of it in seconds. AI tags everything for you.
You save a tweet. You'll definitely come back to it. Six months later you're scrolling for 20 minutes trying to remember one word from it. Same with the article you meant to read. And the docs page you swore you'd need later. ContextBolt keeps all of it in one place and makes it searchable. One bookmark manager for your social saves and for the rest of the web. ★ TWO HALVES, ONE LIBRARY Social: install it, open your bookmarks page on X, Reddit, or LinkedIn once, and ContextBolt captures every post in the background. No setup. No API keys. No exporting CSV files at 11pm. The web: on any other page, click the ContextBolt icon and hit Save this page. Articles, docs, blog posts, anything. It reads the page and keeps the text, so later you can find it by what it said, not just by what it was called. Highlight something first and it saves only that bit. Both halves land in the same library, tagged and grouped by topic. The tweet you saved about React and the article behind it end up next to each other. ★ THEN YOU ACTUALLY FIND IT AGAIN Type what you remember. Get back what you saved, across everything at once. Search runs on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no API call, so it answers instantly. Or don't search. Open the Feed and scroll your saves like a timeline, shuffled so things you saved months ago come back around. Set a reminder on anything you want pushed back in front of you later. ★ WHAT YOU GET FREE • Auto-capture from X (Twitter), Reddit, and LinkedIn • Save any web page, or just a highlight, with one click • AI tagging on every save, main topic plus specific tags • Topic clustering, so you see the patterns in what you keep • Instant on-device search across all of it • A Feed view that shuffles your saves into a scrollable timeline • Reminders, plus a weekly nudge about something you'd forgotten • Every save is kept. Basic shows you the 150 most recent • All data stored locally in your browser ★ WHAT PRO ADDS ($6/month) • Your whole library, with nothing hidden • A personal MCP endpoint for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible tool • Encrypted cloud sync across devices • Export everything to CSV, JSON, or Excel • Email reminders ★ THE MCP THING (worth knowing) Connect ContextBolt once and everything you have saved becomes context your AI can read. Ask Claude "what did I save about React Server Components last month?" and it knows. It searches by meaning, so you do not need the exact words you saved. A couple of bookmark tools have an MCP server now. What they do not have is your X bookmarks, your Reddit saves, and the articles you read, all in one place. The coverage is the part that matters. If you have never heard of MCP, ignore this section. If you live in Claude or Codex all day, it is why ContextBolt exists. ★ PRIVACY • Your library stays in your browser by default • On X, Reddit and LinkedIn it reads your own saved-items pages, and nothing else • On every other site it reads nothing at all until you click Save this page • Only the text of a save is sent for AI tagging. We do not store it • Cloud sync is opt-in and encrypted • No tracking, no analytics, no data selling ★ HOW IT WORKS 1. Install ContextBolt 2. Open your bookmarks on X, Reddit, or LinkedIn, or hit save on any page you are reading 3. It captures and tags in the background 4. Open the dashboard. Search. Find. Done. Works on Chrome, Brave, Arc, Edge, and any Chromium browser. Built solo. Read the build log at contextbolt.com/blog.
