Overview

Save and search ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Manus conversations from Chrome.

ContextBerg Browser AI History saves AI chat history from supported browser tools into a searchable local archive. It is built for people who use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Manus, and similar browser-based AI tools for real work, but do not want useful prompts, answers, decisions, and drafts to disappear across separate chat products. What it does: - Saves AI conversations from supported browser tools into local history. - Lets you browse saved chats from a Chrome side panel. - Adds bookmarks, tags, projects, and searchable metadata. - Opens a full local archive viewer for deeper review. - Exports conversations as Markdown, JSONL, raw JSON, or ContextBerg JSON. - Helps local agents such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor read the archive through an optional SQLite workflow. The archive is local-first. Captured conversations are stored in the browser extension and, when the optional local bridge is running, in a local SQLite archive on your machine. The extension does not send captured conversation content to ContextBerg, the developer, analytics services, advertising networks, or other third-party servers. Use it when you want AI chat history to work more like a searchable browser history for your AI work: research, product notes, customer discovery, code explanations, launch planning, vendor reviews, or any workflow where prior AI chats should remain searchable and reusable. ContextBerg integration is available when you need it. Export and agent-access workflows can produce ContextBerg-compatible files and SQLite-backed local archives, so saved AI chats can later become part of a broader local memory workflow.
