Conterminal Mail

Create quote drafts or send documents from selected Gmail and Outlook emails.

Create an internal quote draft from a selected email, or send its attachments to Conterminal without downloading them first. In Gmail or Outlook Web, choose an email and open Conterminal Mail. It suggests Quote request or Documents, and you can change the suggestion. Quote requests are processed in the background. Once Conterminal confirms receipt, you can close the window. We’ll email you a link to the internal draft when it is ready, or explain why processing failed. Drafts can contain missing information for your team to review. Conterminal never changes your mail or contacts the original requester automatically. Documents lets you review attachments, confirm each document type, and send them to Conterminal Document Review. • Works with selected emails and open messages in Gmail and Outlook Web • Accepts quote requests for background processing and emails the submitting user the result • Creates partial internal quote drafts with missing information clearly identified • Supports delivery orders, proofs of delivery, and other logistics documents • Shows what will be processed before anything leaves your mailbox • Prevents duplicate submissions and reports each result An active Conterminal account is required.
