The scanner inspects every visible element on the page — headings, paragraphs, links, buttons, and spans — and checks whether their computed CSS values match your defined design tokens. For UL Solutions users, 597 tokens are pre-loaded from the official Design System (primitive colors, semantic colors, typography scale, spacing, border radius, letter spacing, and component tokens), so no setup is required — just open the tab and run. What it checks per element: Color, background color, font size, font family, font weight, line height, letter spacing, border radius, and padding (all four sides) — 12 properties per element, up to 500 elements per scan.
