Content Extractor - Chrome Extension Introduction: Content Extractor is a Chrome extension that allows you to extract content from a webpage by entering a CSS selector. It works without being interfered with by restrictions like JavaScript that prevent users from copying content. How to Use: Input a CSS Selector: You can enter the CSS selector, such as a class name or tag name, to specify which content you want to extract. To find the required content, you can use Chrome's Developer Tools (Inspect Element) to help you. If you're unfamiliar with how to use CSS selectors, you can search for tutorials on Google. Specify the Tag Attribute: After entering the CSS selector, you can specify the tag attribute you want to extract. For example, if you want to extract all the image links on a webpage, enter img in the CSS selector field and src in the attribute field. Then, click "Extract" to get all the image URLs on the current page. If you want to extract plain text, enter text to extract text from tags like p, div, etc. You can also filter by class attribute. For instance, if you want to select elements with the class post-items post-title, enter .post-items .post-title as the CSS selector. This allows you to select the desired content using standard CSS selectors. Click "Extract": Once you’ve set the correct CSS selector, click the "Extract" button. If the selector is correct, the content will be extracted and displayed in a list. If the result is empty, it likely means that your CSS selector is incorrect. Once the content is displayed, you can click "Copy" to copy the extracted content to your clipboard. Important Notes: We do not collect any of your personal data.
