When you open a customer in VinSolutions (or Elead, CDK, DealerSocket, Tekion, and other supported CRMs), Contactter adds a small "Chat" badge next to each phone number and email. Click it to open the lead's Contactter conversation in a side panel — read the history and text them back without leaving your CRM. • Inline "Chat" badge on each verified contact (green when the AI assistant is active) • One-click conversation side panel • See AI on/off and consent status at a glance • Activity is kept in sync with your Contactter workspace Contactter is for dealerships that already use the Contactter platform.
