Once connected, Contact Link syncs your CRM contacts locally and highlights when they appear on a page using emails, phone numbers, or names (including common nicknames). How It Works: 1. Connect your Zoho CRM account using secure OAuth. 2. Browse normally, Contact Link scans pages automatically. 3. Get instant matches when a contact appears. 4. Open the popup to see matched contacts, details, and where they were found on a page. All matching is done locally for speed, with live CRM data fetched only when you expand a contact, ensuring you stay within Zoho API limits, even with a large team.
