Contact Center - Call Notification Extension This extension enhances the Contact Center web application (contact-center.greensoft.mn) with the following features: 🔔 Incoming Call Notifications - Receive desktop notifications when calls arrive - Never miss an important call, even when the browser tab is in the background 🎵 Ringtone Alerts - Play ringtone sound for incoming calls - Adjustable volume settings - Works even when browser audio is restricted 📞 Call Management - Click notification to quickly switch to the Contact Center tab - Automatic notification dismissal when call ends ⚙️ Easy Configuration - Simple popup interface for settings - Test ringtone functionality - Volume control This extension is designed for Contact Center operators and support agents to improve their call handling efficiency. Note: This extension only works with the Contact Center platform (contact-center.greensoft.mn).
