ConstructionVecta puts every home and DIY calculator in one place, alongside contractor-grade take-offs - all offline, all showing their source. Free calculators: paint, wallpaper, tile, flooring, insulation, trim, mulch, fence, grass seed, driveway gravel, and AC sizing, with search that understands job-site words ("sheetrock" finds drywall, "skirting" finds trim). Plus material take-offs (slab, framing, drywall, roof) with an itemized receipt, cost roll-ups, and built-in code checks - IRC stair rise/run and ADA ramp slope, verified against a signed reference pack, not hardcoded guesses. Every estimate comes with a trace: the formula, the code reference, and the pack it drew from. If a material or cost isn't in the pack, it says "not in pack" instead of guessing. Private by default: the engine runs locally. Calculations never use the network and your project inputs never leave your browser. The only background request is a public signed revocation-list check when a paid license is stored; it sends no calculator input, cookies, account data, or request body.
