Consolidation Studio is a workflow helper for the LIMS Consolidate Samples page. It adds a floating panel with a live sample counter, a 6×12 rack map, pairs/singles scan mode, and automatic pair filling for BM, BMS, and BXS tubes. Features: • Live counter for accepted (green) samples toward the 72-sample rack limit • Visual rack map showing scanned slots and next position • Pairs or Singles scan mode (saved in browser) • Pair autofill after successful .1-2 scans • Session resume if you refresh mid-rack on the same rack ID • Draggable panel — move it anywhere on screen Designed for bench techs and accessioning teams. Scan the rack ID first, then sample barcodes as usual. All settings and session data stay on your device.
