Having to refer to the Amazon Connect documentation to remember the ever growing list of metrics is slowing you down. Connect Paperclip augments the Connect Console with detailed mouse-over tooltips(including links and metric calculation explanations) for the following Amazon Connect admin pages: - Real-time metrics reports: metric column headers. - Historical metrics reports: metric column headers. - Dashboards (Analytics): widget column headers and metric pickers in the widget edit pane. - Contact search: column headers, defined from the contact record data model. - Forecasting (under Optimization): column headers. - Capacity planning: column headers. - Scheduling: column headers. - Edit Routing Profile: table column headers. - Edit Quick Connect (list, detail and edit views): column headers. - Edit Security Profile: each individual permission name, with the definition from the security profile permissions list.
