Overview

Paste a Salesforce Org ID, check it against the Conga LMO, and open its Subscriber Support login page.

Conga Support Toolkit takes a support engineer from the Org ID on a ticket to that org's Subscriber Support login page in one click. Copy the Org ID and open the toolkit, or press Alt+Shift+L. It pastes it for you and runs four checks against Conga's License Management Org (LMO): • Org ID: a valid 15- or 18-character ID that starts with 00D • LMO session: you're signed in; if not, it signs you in through your Microsoft single sign-on in a background tab • Subscriber: there's a package license that isn't uninstalled, shown with the account, edition and sandbox or production type • Your access: your LMO user has the "Log in to Subscriber Organization" permission The field turns green when everything checks out, red when the org isn't a subscriber or you lack the permission, and amber when something couldn't be checked. Nothing opens until you click; the button then takes you to the Subscriber Support page, where you pick the user to log in as. Made for Conga's support team: it needs an LMO user account. Without one, it can only tell you that you aren't signed in. Privacy: the toolkit talks only to the LMO set in its options, using the session you already have. No analytics, no tracking, and nothing is sent anywhere else. It reads the clipboard only while the popup is open, and keeps nothing but an Org ID. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc.
