Overview

Read-only ConfigTrace helper for cloud and SaaS consoles. Links to guidance without changing provider settings.

ConfigTrace Provider Console Helper is a read-only browser extension for teams using ConfigTrace. When you open a supported admin console, the extension recognizes the current page context and shows lightweight ConfigTrace guidance. It helps teams understand which production-critical settings are commonly monitored for risky configuration drift, such as access controls, deployment settings, webhooks, security rules, DNS-related settings, and other operational configuration. The extension is intentionally read-only. It does not modify provider settings, does not auto-fill forms, does not run infrastructure commands, does not open pull requests, does not read secret values, and does not read customer data. In this prototype, the extension detects page context using URL patterns and links back to ConfigTrace resources such as the timeline, needs review queue, documentation, and public demo. Use ConfigTrace to understand when important production settings change, why those changes may matter, and what your team should review next.
