菜鸟前端cone插件，里面包含接口mock，资源代理等

为cone系统apiCenter服务,可以根据cone用户在系统界面上配置的url规则,在开发过程中代理项目的url到mock服务,用于前端开发的请求代理。打开之后通过 window.postMessage发送请求type：setMockApi ，apiList 存放需要代理的接口列表即可使用代理功能。
