Reduces the amount of unnecessary padding in the new Google Contacts manager to allow more space for content

Google recently released a new version of the Google Contacts manager. Many users have smaller screens on which the new design takes up too much space. This extension removes unnecessary padding, leaving more room for contact lists and information.
