Comp AI Security Questionnaire drafts answers to security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments and due diligence forms from the policies, knowledge base and previously answered questionnaires stored in your Comp AI workspace. It works in the page you already have open, and nothing is inserted until you approve it. WHERE IT WORKS - Vendor portals and web forms - Google Forms - Google Sheets, with a one-time column mapping - Any page with questionnaire fields: click into a field and use the Comp AI button in its corner HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a security questionnaire in a vendor portal, web form, Google Form or Google Sheet. 2. Open the side panel to see the questions the extension detected. 3. Generate draft answers, edit anything you want to change, and approve the ones you are happy with. 4. Insert approved answers into the page, or copy them for use elsewhere. YOU STAY IN CONTROL - Nothing is inserted into the page unless you choose to. - Every draft is editable before you use it. - Each answer shows a confidence level and the number of sources behind it, so lower-confidence drafts are easy to spot. - Questions with nothing to support an answer are flagged for review instead of guessed. - The first time you use the extension on a website, you choose which Comp AI workspace to use. SITE ACCESS AND DATA Security questionnaires are hosted on many different vendor websites, so the extension requires access to the sites you visit in order to detect questions and insert the answers you approve. The extension analyzes the current page only to locate questionnaire fields. The only page content sent to Comp AI is the text of the question you ask it to answer. It does not send the rest of the page or your browsing history. You can turn off question detection for any site from the extension menu. GOOGLE SHEETS When you insert into a Google Sheet, Google asks you to allow Comp AI to read and edit your spreadsheets. The extension uses this only on the sheet you have open, when you insert: it reads the question column to find the right rows, writes your approved answers into the answer column, and turns on text wrapping in those cells. This access stays in your browser and is never sent to Comp AI. If you decline, you can paste the answers in yourself. REQUIREMENTS A Comp AI account is required. Answers draw on the policies and evidence you already manage in Comp AI for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other frameworks.
