Overview
Find material ambiguity in an AI draft before you send it.
Communication Clarity Layer helps you improve unclear AI prompts before sending them. When writing in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, click Clarify to check whether important information is missing or ambiguous. The extension asks a small number of focused questions and creates an editable version of your prompt with the relevant details included. You remain in control: • Review and edit the suggested prompt • Replace the current draft or keep the original • Copy the suggestion manually if needed • Nothing is sent automatically Communication Clarity Layer processes the current draft locally in your browser. It does not upload prompt text or clarification answers, and it does not read earlier conversation messages. Supported request types include writing, product recommendations, troubleshooting, planning, research, comparisons, and coding. Current limitations: • English prompts only • Checks only the current unsent draft • Works on ChatGPT Web, Claude Web, and Gemini Web • Focuses on making instructions easier for AI systems to understand, rather than producing polished final prose
