Sometimes it doesn't save all chats and you have to reload the page to start saving the chat, and after they made a monthly subscription I don't think that I will still use it

Yes, now it costs to use, but I have been using this extension for about two years and it works EXACTLY like it says it will. I recommend clicking the LIVE CHAT option changing it from TOP CHAT, this takes any glitches away. Works flawlessly for me.

Very buggy, went from free to a $3/month payment plan, AND you must hand over all of your personally identifiable information. This is a scam

This is not true. We don't ask for any personally identifiable information. 50 comments per video is FREE forever. If you wish to download additional comments, it is $3/month. There was a problem with the CSV file download, as it displayed all columns in a single cell. Hence, we introduced Excel download as an alternative to resolve this issue. If you encounter any other problems, feel free to report them for bug fixes at support[at]tabgraf.com

This app can save just 50 chats. too bad.

You can download 50 comments per video FREE forever. However, if you wish to download additional comments, it is $3/month.

Latest updates (last week) broke everything :-( Extension is requesting weird permissions now. Chats are capped up to 875 messages, not saving to anything (neither CSV nor excel)

6th Feb 2024 update asks for Google connection permission for something called Comment Stack?
