I have tried reloading after signing in and on a live stream or recorded live streams and see no options like instructions say there would be?

Sometimes it doesn't save all chats and you have to reload the page to start saving the chat, and after they made a monthly subscription I don't think that I will still use it

Yes, now it costs to use, but I have been using this extension for about two years and it works EXACTLY like it says it will. I recommend clicking the LIVE CHAT option changing it from TOP CHAT, this takes any glitches away. Works flawlessly for me.

Very buggy, went from free to a $3/month payment plan, AND you must hand over all of your personally identifiable information. This is a scam

This app can save just 50 chats. too bad.

Latest updates (last week) broke everything :-( Extension is requesting weird permissions now. Chats are capped up to 875 messages, not saving to anything (neither CSV nor excel)
