I would like a refund. This isn't reasonable to not be able to use an extension I am paying a premium cost for.

I would like to know if its possible to export all the comments of an instagram post, currently I am running a competition, and the comments are over 6K, and I am sure they will be increasing onwards.

While I’m downloading the sheet of Instagram comments on one of our posts, it's not providing a complete download of all the comments. The total number of comments is 210 but post- download only reflects 170 comments. I’ve purchased this software so kindly help me with a solution on priority.

Won't export comments
This app has worked great for me in the past, but right now I can't get anything to come up after I paste the link & click export comments to CSV. The wheel spins & then nothing happens. Can someone please look at this? I am signed in with an active subscription & everything.
