Docks the Commas SDR dialer in a side panel inside Close CRM, so reps can call the lead they are viewing without a second window.

Commas Dialer puts your calling and texting workflow directly inside Close CRM. Open any lead in Close and click Dial. The dialer opens in a side panel next to the record — no second window, no copying phone numbers between tabs. The lead you are viewing is the lead you are working. What it does: • One-click calling and texting from the lead you already have open • Every message sends from the number assigned to you, never from whichever number happens to be on the contact record — so activity is always credited to the rep who actually did the work • A required wrap-up after every call: outcome and notes, captured before you move on, written straight back to the Close timeline under your name • The full conversation history with the prospect, in one thread • Follows you as you move between leads Built for the Commas sales team.
