Overview
Downloads every document or order from a Commonwealth Courts Portal list, renamed, numbered, foldered and indexed.
ComDocs Pro is the productivity extension for Australian legal practitioners using the Commonwealth Courts Portal (comcourts.gov.au). KEY FEATURES: • 1-Click Bulk Downloads: Save every document or order in a matter without opening a single one. • Date Cutoff Filter: Filter downloads by date (filed on or after / on or before a cutoff). • Automatic Word (.docx) Index: Generates a ready-to-file court document index table on disk. • Substantive / Ancillary Foldering: Automatically organises applications and affidavits from service notices. • Zero-Data Confidentiality: Court documents travel from the Portal to your own Downloads folder and nowhere else. No matter numbers, party names, client data or files are ever sent to us or to any third party. There is no cloud storage, no user account, and no analytics — a permanent commitment, not a current setting. The only information that ever leaves your computer is your licence key, sent to our payment provider to confirm your subscription. • Deliberately Paced: Downloads are spaced out on purpose so the extension never places heavy load on a court system the whole profession shares. PRICING: Your first matter is free. After that, ComDocs Pro requires a subscription from $29/month. Full pricing at comdocspro.com.
