Combines selected AliExpress orders into one invoice whose total matches the bank payment.

Paid for several AliExpress orders in one checkout and need one invoice for your bookkeeping? Combined Invoice for AliExpress puts all orders behind one bank payment on one invoice, and its total matches the amount charged to your card to the cent. HOW IT WORKS • Open My orders on AliExpress. The extension adds a checkbox to every order and a small panel. • Enter the amount from your bank statement and, optionally, the payment date. Click "Find orders by amount": the extension finds the orders from one day that add up exactly to that amount and loads older orders by itself when needed. • Click "Create invoice". The invoice lists every order with its items, quantities and prices, shipping, discounts, fees and a VAT summary. • Choose your company and print the invoice or save it as a PDF. The PDF has no browser header or footer, only page numbers. WHY THE TOTALS MATCH All amounts come from the official receipt of each order (the same data AliExpress shows under the "Receipt" button), not from guessing what is on the page. The extension handles summary lines that AliExpress shows twice, symbolic shipping fees that are not charged, and orders that AliExpress skips in the order list. FEATURES • Find orders by bank amount and payment date (also 1 to 3 days before it, because banks post card payments later) • Add a missing order by its number from the confirmation e-mail • Items, shipping and discounts as separate lines, or spread into item prices (handy for stock records) • Several companies with company ID, tax ID and VAT ID • Optional notes: "EU Stock" for goods shipped from an EU warehouse and "(no tracking)" for shipping without tracking • Interface in 10 languages: English, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian. The invoice itself is in English. • Backup and restore of settings PRIVACY Everything runs in your browser. The extension reads orders only from your own signed-in AliExpress account, keeps settings only locally and sends no data anywhere. No account, no tracking, no ads.
