Reports which AI services are used on this device, so the security team can see shadow AI that network and DNS tools cannot reach.

ColossalX Shadow AI Sensor helps your organisation's security team see which AI services are being used in company browsers, including services nobody told them about. It works with a ColossalX workspace. Your IT team installs and configures it for you. It sends nothing anywhere until your organisation connects it to its workspace. WHAT IT DOES - Reports which AI services are used in this browser, how many times, and the work identifier your organisation set up (for example a work email address). - Checks for locally installed AI model runtimes (for example Ollama or LM Studio). These never leave the device, so no network tool can see them. - Applies your organisation's AI usage policy on the services it names: a short notice before you continue, a redirect to the approved tool, a restriction on pasting or uploading files, or a block page. - Keeps its reports through a network outage and sends them when the connection returns. WHAT IT NEVER COLLECTS - What you type, paste or upload, or what an AI service answers. - Page contents, full web addresses, search terms or form values. - Cookies or passwords. - A record of the other websites you visit. HOW IT HANDLES DATA - It reports only to the ColossalX workspace address your organisation configured. It has no other servers, no analytics and no advertising. - It does not sell data or share it with third parties. - Privacy policy: https://colossalx.tech/privacy/shadow-ai-sensor FOR IT AND SECURITY TEAMS - Install it for every managed browser from your browser management console, and push the workspace address, enrollment key and user identifier as policy.
