It doesn't have an eyedropper! I found this extension which works perfectly. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mbnpegpimodgjmlbfhkkdgbcfjmgpoad

People don't realise that their is a difference between an eyedropper tool and a colour picker tool. I love this, thank you so much!
