Color Picker is a precision eyedropper extension that captures true pixel-perfect colors from any webpage — including text, images, gradients, and transparency. Whether you're designing, developing, or just curious about a color you see, Color Picker gives you the exact hex code every time. Click the Color Picker icon in your browser toolbar to open the popup 2. Click "Pick color from page" to activate the eyedropper overlay with a crosshair cursor 3. Hover over any element on the page — the tooltip shows "Sampling..." and then displays the true pixel color 4. Click to capture the color — it appears in the popup with hex (and RGB/HSL for Pro users) 5. Click "Copy" next to any format to copy it to your clipboard for use in CSS, design tools, or anywhere else 6. Saved colors appear in your Palette history for quick access later 7. Click the × on any saved color to remove it from your palette
