The plan was excellent in theory but poorly executed in practice. Hovering the mouse over any part of the screen displays the corresponding color code and associated information, however there is no way to pause the display and copy the data. As soon as you move your mouse away from the subject the information will continuously update. Bet you need a pen and paper to write the color code in 2022 lol. The developer has to provide a button to "stop" the process so that we can easily save our data.

it tell's me the name of the color and the hex code but ill keep using it

Very useful extension for colorblind people like me who needs it for his job or similar, in my case it was for identifying colors in lighthouse for a job for getting my degree, thanks you saved me!

you just turn it on, point the cursor over what color on your screen you want identified, and it gives you all the information you need right down to its hex code. I find the names of the hues identified pretty interesting too. Didnt even know heather violet was a thing till now. Anyway, it's defintitely useful for certain needs. I might not use it often, but its nice to know i have it
