When set to "Yes" (default), copied values include the hash (e.g., `#FF5722`). When set to "No", values are copied without the hash (e.g., `FF5722`). This toggle is only visible when HEX format is selected. - Improved UI: The hash toggle control appears below the HEX/RGB toggle with a clear label and Yes/No options. - Visual Feedback: The hash toggle shows blue color for "Yes" and red color for "No" state.
