Collapse All for OpenProject
Overview
Opens OpenProject work package hierarchies collapsed and adds an Expand all / Collapse all button to the toolbar.
OpenProject opens every work package hierarchy fully expanded, and it doesn't remember which parents you collapsed. With a long backlog, you scroll through every child work package each time you open the list. Collapse All for OpenProject fixes that: • Hierarchies open collapsed: every parent work package starts closed each time you open the list. • One-click "Expand all" / "Collapse all" button in the work package toolbar. • If you switched to the flat list, the same button brings hierarchy mode back. • Turn it off and on with one switch in the toolbar popup; no page reload needed. • Works on any OpenProject address you add, self-hosted or cloud. • Available in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Dutch and Polish. Privacy: the extension only runs on the OpenProject addresses you add in its settings. It doesn't collect or send any data; the only thing it saves is your on/off choice, locally in your browser. Getting started: 1. Open your OpenProject and click the extension's icon in the browser toolbar. Your current address is already filled in; press Add and allow access. 2. The page reloads, and work package lists in hierarchy mode now open collapsed. You can also add addresses manually on the extension's settings page. This is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenProject GmbH.
