ColdMailCheck: spam score in Gmail
Overview
See a spam risk score while you write in Gmail, with every trigger phrase listed. Runs on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.
See whether your email reads like spam while you are still writing it. ColdMailCheck adds a small badge to every Gmail compose window. It shows a spam risk score from 0 to 100 and updates as you type. Click it to see the exact phrases that raised the score and the one change that will help most. What it checks - Trigger phrases spam filters react to, like "100% free", "guaranteed results" and "click here" - Links, capital letters, exclamation marks, money and percentage claims - Length, and whether you open with the recipient's first name Built for cold email and sales outreach, useful for any email you want read. Private by design - Your draft is scored on your device - Nothing is sent to any server, nothing is stored - No browser permissions requested - Quoted text from earlier emails in a reply is ignored The score uses the same rules as the free spam checker at coldmailcheck.com. Every rule is published at coldmailcheck.com/methodology. A clean score does not guarantee the inbox. Mailbox providers also weigh your domain's reputation and sending history. For your SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, use the free domain check at coldmailcheck.com/domain-check.
