Paste a finished Cognivolt note straight into any browser-based EHR - all at once, or one field at a time, without leaving the tab.

Cognivolt Super Extension puts your finished clinical note one click away from the EHR you are already working in. Cognivolt turns a recorded consultation into a structured note. This extension is the last step: it brings that note into your browser-based EHR without a download, a copy-paste juggle, or a second window. HOW IT WORKS 1. Finish a session in Cognivolt as usual. 2. Open your EHR in Chrome and click the Cognivolt icon. 3. Pick the session, then insert the whole note or just one section. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Insert the full note straight into the field you have selected. • Insert section by section when your EHR keeps them in separate boxes. The extension reads each field's own label and matches your note's sections to the right fields. If it cannot confidently match at least two, it places the whole note in the single field you selected instead of guessing. • Copy any section to the clipboard if you would rather place it yourself. • Right-click any text box and choose "Paste Cognivolt note here". SETUP You need a Cognivolt account. In Cognivolt, go to Settings → Browser Extension and generate an extension token, then paste it into the extension once. The token is shown a single time and is stored only in your own browser. WHAT THIS EXTENSION DOES NOT DO • It does not read, scan, or collect anything from the pages you visit. • It does not run on page load, on a timer, or in the background. It touches a page only at the moment you click Insert or use the right-click menu, and only in the tab you are on. • It does not send page content anywhere. Its only network calls go to Cognivolt's own API, to fetch notes you already own. PERMISSIONS, PLAINLY • activeTab and scripting — to place text into the field you chose, only when you click. • contextMenus — for the right-click "Paste Cognivolt note here" item. • storage — to keep your extension token and the most recent note in your browser.
