nGeneChromeTools helps users collect, organize, and reuse useful information from webpages through a toolbar popup or Chrome side panel. Key features: * Manage, search, create, rename, move, and delete Chrome bookmarks and bookmark folders. * Copy available YouTube transcripts or save them as TXT files. * Choose automatic transcript selection, a specific available caption track, or all available caption tracks. * Identify manual and auto-generated caption tracks when that information is available. * Include the video title and current URL in transcript output. * Download page images by selected format and minimum file size. * Add an optional filename prefix to downloaded images. * Restore right-click, text selection, and copying on webpages that attempt to block those actions. * Review, copy, and clear a sanitized local diagnostic log. * Operate without advertising, analytics, subscriptions, or external AI services. Use the toolbar popup for quick access or keep the Chrome side panel open while browsing. The side panel follows the active tab as pages change. Bookmark actions are performed only when requested through the extension interface. Transcript features work with captions made available by YouTube. Available languages and caption tracks vary by video. The extension does not generate missing captions or translate transcripts itself. If a selected language cannot be verified, the extension reports the problem. When only some requested tracks can be retrieved, the exported text identifies the partial result and lists failed tracks. Transcript-related requests are made to YouTube endpoints as needed. Page-image scanning and downloading begin only after the download feature is selected. Image requests are made to the corresponding image sources, and files are saved through Chrome's download system. Right-click restoration is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, it attempts to restore native context-menu access, text selection, and copying on regular HTTP and HTTPS webpages. The saved setting persists locally until changed. Browser-protected pages and some website restrictions may limit its operation. nGeneChromeTools does not sell or transmit page content, selected text, bookmarks, keystrokes, mouse activity, clipboard contents, browsing history, transcript text, or diagnostic logs to nGene Hemodynamic Research Center.
