Scan where you are Click the extension icon and drag around a QR code. Use Scan entire screen for multiple codes in the visible webpage, including codes drawn on Canvas or inside a visible frame. Results keep the original text; only HTTP/HTTPS links offer an Open action. Retake the screenshot when the webpage changes. Read a code from an image To scan a QR code from an image, choose, drop or paste a PNG, JPEG or WebP file into QR tools. Image right-click reading can fetch the original with your permission for that site. If an original image cannot be fetched, use webpage selection instead. Make something to share The built-in QR code generator turns text or a URL into a static code. Use the source webpage link or type your own content. Preview locally, download PNG or SVG, or copy the PNG image. On your device Scanning and generation run locally, including offline for local inputs.
