Find older uploads without digging through a wall of recent results. YouTube Search, Fixed adds a small row of controls below YouTube's search filters. It stays in the page flow and never floats over videos. • Sort loaded videos by oldest first, newest first or most viewed. • Search before 2020, use five-year periods, or enter custom dates. • Request more result batches when you want a wider selection. • Check public upload-date metadata for up to 20 videos per click. • Hide Shorts shelves and save your preferred order. • Switch back to YouTube order or disable the extension at any time. Sorting applies to videos loaded in your browser, not YouTube's entire catalog. Relative dates can be approximate. Date ranges send after:/before: terms to YouTube, which may return matches outside the requested range. English date/view labels are supported, including compact labels such as “17y ago” and “1.7M”.
