Track Codex usage limits, reset times, and banked resets directly from the Chrome toolbar. FEATURES • See the remaining percentage and reset time for the primary Codex usage limit. • View additional usage windows, including GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark daily and weekly limits when available. • Keep the current primary percentage visible on the toolbar badge. • Refresh automatically every 15 minutes, when Chrome starts, and whenever the popup opens. • Receive a notification when the remaining percentage changes by at least 1%. • View available banked resets and use one only after an explicit confirmation. • Safely retry an uncertain reset request without spending a second reset. • Open the official Codex usage analytics page directly from the popup. • Follow the browser's light or dark theme. HOW TO USE 1. Pin Codex Usage to the Chrome toolbar. 2. Open the popup and select "Sign in with ChatGPT." 3. Copy the one-time code, open the ChatGPT device authorization page, and approve the connection. 4. Return to the popup. Usage data appears after authorization completes. 5. Select "Refresh now" whenever you want an immediate update. PRIVACY OAuth tokens, the account email included in the OAuth token, usage data, and pending reset request identifiers are stored only in the current Chrome profile. The extension communicates only with OpenAI's authentication and Codex usage endpoints. It does not use analytics or advertising and never reads browsing history, browser cookies, page content, or OpenAI API keys. Signing out removes locally stored authentication and usage data. PERMISSIONS • Alarms schedule the 15-minute background refresh. • Notifications report sign-in completion and usage changes of at least 1%. • Storage keeps OAuth tokens, usage data, notification state, and safe reset request identifiers locally. • Access to auth.openai.com is limited to ChatGPT device authorization and token refresh. • Access to chatgpt.com/backend-api/wham is limited to retrieving Codex usage and submitting a reset request explicitly confirmed by the user.
