CodeSloth

Overview
Take your time and actually read the code. Review big GitHub PRs in a sensible order. Read-only, local, no AI.
Every pull request is a story. CodeSloth is a browser extension that helps you read it in order, one chapter at a time, instead of scrolling through 50+ files at random. What it does: Reading order: splits a PR into numbered steps (schemas and types first, then core code, the code that uses it, tests, and lockfiles last), each with a one-line reason Mark & next: tick a file and jump to the next one; use the keyboard shortcuts n, p and j/k Commit story: see every commit that touched a file, with “After review” and “Late change” hints Graph view: a dependency graph of the changed files, banded by step Risky changes: red and amber flags for things that break after tests pass, like dropped columns, removed routes and new public endpoints Stale ticks: new commits on files you already reviewed are flagged so you can re-read them No AI: the order comes from a real import graph and the flags come from rules. It’s read-only and local, so your code and token never leave your browser.
