Live ICD-10-CM suggestions for the chart open in your coding app. Reads on this computer only and saves no chart data.

CodeKue helps medical coders work faster and more accurately inside the coding application they already use. Open a chart, click the CodeKue icon, and scroll. As each page comes into view, CodeKue reads it and suggests ICD-10-CM codes in Chrome's side panel: • the code, the page it was found on, and the sentence that supports it • the supporting lines highlighted in the chart; click a code to jump to its line • Part C (CMS-HCC V28) and Part D (RxHCC V08) risk-adjustment tags; by default only risk-adjustable codes are listed • each code's status (PMH only, history), and a warning for pages that were hard to read • notes when two codes cannot be reported together • a full-chart window: the whole chart in English, Spanish pages line by line beside their translation, with every code's lines highlighted • optional client coding-guideline rules (Triple-S) Search: look up any ICD-10-CM code or condition in the official code set ("diabetes neuropathy", "CKD 3a", "E11.4"), with Part C / Part D tags, and open any category to see the codes under it. Settings: choose which codes Read Live lists (Part C and D, Part C only, Part D only, or all codes) and the coding guidelines to follow (standard ICD-10-CM, or a client's rules such as Triple-S). It works with PDF viewers that have selectable text, viewers that show pages as pictures (read with text recognition on your computer), Chrome's own PDF viewer, and Spanish charts (translated to English on your computer with Chrome's built-in translator). Every suggestion is checked against the official CMS ICD-10-CM code set (FY2027), packaged with the extension. Coding rules follow the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines: denied, ruled-out, family-history and uncertain conditions are not suggested. CodeKue only suggests; the coder decides every code. Built for privacy: • Everything is processed on your computer. CodeKue has no server and sends nothing. • No chart data is stored. What it read is erased when you open the next chart, close the panel, lock the screen, or leave the computer idle for 15 minutes.
