Adds red coder statistics to Codeforces country rankings
Codeforces ranking system is unfair as it don't factors in the population of countries. So we added two columns to get the rank on per capita basis. This extension adds count as well as count per capita of number of coders with rating 2400+ to the statistics to Codeforces country rankings.
