Overview

A small and simple open source code editor for Chrome and Chrome OS.

A small and simple code editor built on top of open source technology. It allows you to create, save, and open local files (Such as HTML, JS, CSS, and more) with syntax highlighting for over 60 programming languages. This is a perfect text editor for Chrome OS, and is also a great lightweight text editor for all Chrome users. Code Edit can run even if there isn't a Chrome window open, and is less than 1MB in size. Please keep in mind that Code Edit is a beta, and some features may not work properly.
