CocoFax - Send & Receive Fax (Free Trial)

No free-period fax. Clickbait bait-and-switch, only apparent AFTER they gather your information. Garbage app, avoid. Didn't they think people would comment on this?

Claims it's a free trial, but they will only let you send a fax IF you pay for a monthly service plan. No free trial. Typical bait and switch fake extension.

no free fax to Europe users.

It says you can send 10 free pages, but you have to select a pay plan that charges you to do so. Misleading and not worth a download.

The software is not complicated however it just doesn't work well at all. 1) They have included a YouTube video which is fairly straightforward but in practice their interface doesn't work as easy as they make it seem. 2) Recipient's fax number MUST NOT contain any spaces or brackets yet CocoFax's interface INSISTS on defaulting your recipient's fax number to spaces and brackets no matter how careful you are so it's the last thing you touch before you send or else your fax will fail. 3... I am pleased with this fax service and their customer service. I received after having issues with the product, the problem was quickly identified and resolved immediately. i appreciate their swift response. Thank you!

It was so easy to use. I was able to upload all my documents and i'll only use CocoFax for my faxs in the future.
