When you visit a page, Chrome evaluates those rules before any network data is loaded, so ads and trackers are stopped at the source. Matching can display the number of requests ZenBlock has blocked for you, right on the Dashboard. WHAT ABOUT MY FAVORITE SITES? Some sites rely on ads to stay free. If a page breaks or you simply want to support a site, add it to your whitelist. ZenBlock will leave that site untouched while keeping the rest of your browsing protected.
