Tự động hóa quá trình đóng yêu cầu (hoàn thành yêu cầu) trên hệ thống CMS của Bưu điện Việt Nam (VNPost), giúp giảm thiểu thao tác thủ công, tăng hiệu quả công việc và giảm thiểu sai sót. * Tự động đóng yêu cầu: - Extension có thể tự động đóng yêu cầu khi các điều kiện nhất định được đáp ứng. Ví dụ: khi yêu cầu đã hoàn thành và cần cập nhật trạng thái đóng yêu cầu. - Tính năng này sẽ giúp giảm thiểu thời gian và công sức của nhân viên trong việc kiểm tra và đóng yêu cầu thủ công.
