Pop-up takes over as active screen

Hello, I'm using the plugin since a few days. Works like a charm accept for one mayor issue which directly makes it useless. When in an active call, It switches to the call-pop-up every couple seconds. Making it impossible to typ a call log or note while calling. Is there anything I can do to solve this? Please let me know. I'm probably not the only one experiencing this. (I am on a Mac by the way). Thank you in advance for your reply. jelle@megaexposure.nl
