Ever typed a whole sentence before realizing your keyboard was on the wrong language? Semek catches it. Wrong-language fix — When you type Hebrew letters while meaning English (or the reverse), a small tooltip shows the corrected text. Click it or double-tap Shift to apply. Nothing ever changes without your say-so, and detection runs entirely on your device. Mac Shift fix — Recovers capital letters that macOS drops when typing English on a Hebrew layout. AI polish — Click the sparkle icon (or Alt/Option+H) to rewrite what you typed with better grammar and tone. Uses Chrome's free on-device AI when available; optionally bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Groq key. PDF editor — Open any PDF and click "Edit / Sign PDF" to place text and draw or upload signatures, then save a new copy. Everything happens in your browser; files are never uploaded. Password-field warning — Warns if a password box contains Hebrew characters before you submit. Each feature has its own switch in the toolbar popup. Privacy: no accounts, no analytics, no servers. Text is only sent to an AI provider if you click polish and have added your own API key.
