auto renewal cancellation

hi is there a auto renewal?, if yes, i cannot see it and i want to cancel .it only says how many days remaining. I want to make sure it will not be renewed automatically and taken money from my credit card

Problem with the Direct Messages own folder from Instagram

Dear Sirs and Madames,

I have the following problem:

If I want to read all of my direct messages on Instagram, will it only show half of them? Something is wrong there. A maximum of 3000 users are displayed to me and I have over 5000 users, i.e. direct messages in Instagram.

Can you help me with this please?
