Your board's Needs Attention queue, pinned next to your TMS. Exception-first track and trace from any tab.

LoadSignal Companion puts your LoadSignal board in Chrome's side panel, so the loads that need you stay in view while you work in your TMS, email or a carrier portal. What it does: - Needs Attention queue: critical loads, at-risk loads and tracking gaps, worst first, filtered to the loads you watch or the whole board. - Waiting on you: messages LoadSignal drafted for a customer, carrier or driver. Send or dismiss them from the panel. - Finds the load on the page: open an order in your TMS or an email about a load and the panel names the matching loads from your board. The page is read inside your browser and never sent anywhere. - Load card: map with the truck's last position, ETA, tracking status, the driver and carrier, open exceptions, watchers and stops. - Actions: request the driver's location, send the driver app link, copy the tracking link, acknowledge an exception, mark a pickup done. - Message the driver: see the driver thread on the load and write to drivers who use the LoadSignal Driver app. - A toolbar badge with the count that needs you, even with the panel closed. Requires a LoadSignal account. Sign in once with your LoadSignal login; every action is recorded under your name, the same as in the web app.
